1.2. The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
1.3. The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

2.1. Customized or altered products.
2.2. Products damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or improper care.
2.3. Products returned without original packaging and tags.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

3.2. Approval:
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.

3.3. Ship the Product:
Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided. Ensure the package includes a copy of your original invoice.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your return.


4. Refunds

4.3. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item:

5.2. Indicate that you prefer an exchange instead of a refund.
5.3. If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
